The new and only Musallah in the Deep South Calgary was started in April 2021 needs your support. Musallah is providing 5 time prayers to nearby 16 communities in SE and SW. We started this Musallah with donations from Muslims of Calgary SW. We are intending to cover the monthly operational expences for 2022 starting from JANUARY to DECEMBER 2022.
Please find the yearly Expense requirements;
Rent $43,91 per month = $52692 per year.
Condo Fee includes cooling, heating, hydro, water and snow removal: $3672 per month= $44,064 per year
This is an opportunity for the Muslims to invest with Allah SWT by donating to his home as Sadaqa Jariya. We are intending to start Jummaa/ Friday prayers in early spring but we may need urgent funds to make arrangement for wudhu place and prayer hall modifications.
According to 'Omar Ibn Al Khatab (may Allah be pleased with him), the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: “He who builds a mosque in which the name is remembered of Allah (*), Allah builds him a house in paradise ”.
