DawaNet and MuslimFest: Celebrate Ramadan Iftar and Grand Ramadan Bazaar 2019

Celebrate Ramadan Iftar & Grand Ramadan Bazaar is aimed at bringing together Civic and Interfaith members of the Mississauga, Brampton and Toronto communities for a unique evening dinner. The event will be held on Tuesday, May 14th, 2019, during the holy month of Ramadan at the Mississauga Celebration Square.

Several nonprofit organizations, interfaith communities, local leaders and dignitaries are anticipated in attendance. We also hope to benefit from your presence to share a delicious feast following the breaking of the day’s fast.

Our Celebrate Ramadan Iftar is an inspirational gathering to honour Canadian and Muslim values of inclusivity, diversity, and generousity. Holding this dinner during the Islamic Holy month of Ramadan signifies coming together as a unified community to exchange greetings and share positive experiences.

The Celebrate Ramadan Iftar dinner, will be followed by a congregational prayer (for those participating). We look forward to seeing you soon!

We request all attendees to bring a friend/ neighbour/ colleague from another faith group to share this evening dinner with us.
